I received 70 survey responses from people who had dietary restrictions ranging from food allergies, intolerances and dietary preferences.
User Interviews
I conducted user interviews to understand from the users' perspective what the restrictions they face, their fears, their goals and ultimately what to they want to see in an app. This helped me create user personas.
Legal Research
Many people have lost their lives because of cross contamination and mislabelling of products. After researching I came across Owen's Law which focuses on restaurants showing menu transparency about their ingredients.
User Testing
I conducted three rounds of user testing making changes after each round and tested it with members of the public. This helped to tailor my service for those who need it and ultimately helped with the execution.
